Roving Characters
Add lively circus personalities to any event!
Roving performances with spontaneous presentations and audience interaction. Depending on the number of artists, this can include stilt walking, unicycling, juggling all manner of objects, as well as other acts like diabolo, plate spinning, baton twirling, rola bola, poi, and hoops. We create a lively atmosphere and add visual interest and excitement to a space.
We have the flexibility to move around for maximum impact to make sure all areas of your event feel alive and extraordinary!
Roving characters add a unique circus or carnival theme to an event, all without dominating the atmosphere and taking control of the space. As such, we don't use sound equipment, and we restrict audience interaction to groups of guests who will clearly enjoy getting involved.
Workshops
Looking for something a little more hands-on?
Set up an interactive workshop or a "Learn Circus Arts" station to an area of your event. We bring our full range of equipment for workshops, so you can have your guests watch and learn juggling clubs, balls, scarves, rings, and other skills like diabolo, poi, handheld stilts, plate spinning, flower sticks, rola bola, balancing, tightrope (slackline), and unicycling, and we have enthusiastic and experienced instructors present to demonstrate and teach all of the skills!
By adding instructors and bringing more equipment we can accommodate nearly any size of group, from dozens of participants to hundreds!
Workshops are especially well-suited for events with kids present and with a circus, carnival, or family-fun theme. The challenge and satisfaction of learning new skills means that they can keep a group engaged for a surprisingly long time - many participants will spend all day at a workshop learning skills if they're able!
Stage Shows
Maximum impact for an unforgettable experience!
Stage shows are well-rehearsed productions that feature choreography to music, amplified voice, and high-impact, thrilling acts designed to be the centre of attention!
We engage the audience in the show and frequently call up volunteers on-stage, which together with the energetic atmosphere and sound tends to dominate a space. This format is less ideal for people in the room to socialize during the show times, although they’ll certainly have plenty to talk about afterwards!
Stage shows can range in duration from 3 minutes to an hour long, and require a stage or performance area and a preset time slot (such as a 45-minute show from 7:00-7:45pm, or four separate 15-minute shows, etc). Our most common show request is for 30 minutes at a time, which provides a great balance for most audiences.
Book us for a stage show to have your audience laughing, shouting, cheering, and holding their breath while they witness dexterity, finesse, and even a fair share of "danger"!
